Site Manager Social Housing Refurbishment Location: Bradford (with local travel)

Overview We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established construction contractor delivering kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes across social housing properties in the Bradford area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a stable, reputable business with a strong pipeline of work.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations on occupied social housing projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations for kitchen and bathroom replacement works
Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers
Ensure works are delivered in line with programme and client expectations
Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality, and compliance
Liaise with residents, housing officers, and client representatives professionally
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular safety inspections
Monitor progress, report on performance, and resolve on-site issues
Ensure works are completed with minimal disruption in occupied properties
Maintain accurate site records and documentation
Required Experience & Skills Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing refurbishment
Strong background in kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes
Experience working in occupied properties is essential
Good knowledge of health & safety regulations and construction standards
Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple trades and programmes simultaneously
Qualifications SMSTS (Essential)
CSCS (Black or Gold)
First Aid at Work (Preferred)
Asbestos Awareness (Desirable)
