Job Title: Data & Talent Acquisition Support Specialist
We are seeking a proactive individual to support our Talent Acquisition team with key projects, data analysis, and reporting. This role involves creating presentations, monitoring key metrics, and providing strategic insights to improve our talent functions.
Scope of the role:
* Provide data-driven insights and suggest strategic improvements for the talent department.
* Support recruitment and onboarding performance analysis, including offer and agency spend analysis.
* Manage job board platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Total Jobs) and company pages, including managing job credits and responding to reviews within 48 hours.
* Advertise vacancies and ensure they are updated against live reports.
* Lead monthly Talent Leadership meetings and coordinate arrangements.
* Prepare data and presentations for board and HR meetings, and support Talent Acquisition projects.
* Monitor and manage monthly departmental spends.
* Conduct market intelligence and analysis.
* Assist Talent Acquisition Managers with recruitment efforts by providing regular data updates.
* Handle administrative tasks such as managing shared inboxes, queries, and updating trackers.
* Perform any other duties as assigned by the Group Head of Talent Acquisition.
Knowledge and experience:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
* Understanding of data quality and issue prevention.
* Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
* Capability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
