Sub Agent – M62 Infrastructure Project Location: South Yorkshire Salary: CIS / LTD Contract: Full-time, Site-based About the Role We are looking for a skilled Sub Agent to support the delivery of a major M62 highway improvement scheme. You will play a key role in coordinating site activities, assisting the Project Manager, and ensuring smooth delivery of civil engineering works including highways, bridges, and associated infrastructure. This is a hands-on role, ideal for a technically competent civil engineer or senior site agent ready to contribute to a high-profile project. Key Responsibilities Support the Project Manager in the day-to-day management of site works. Coordinate subcontractors and ensure compliance with project programmes. Assist with NEC contract administration, risk management, and progress reporting. Monitor Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards on site. Liaise with statutory authorities, stakeholders, and the wider project team. Contribute to site set-ups, surveys, temporary works, and construction delivery. Essential Skills & Experience Civil Engineering qualification or equivalent site management experience. Previous experience as a Sub Agent or Site Agent on highways or major infrastructure projects. Familiarity with NEC contracts and site programmes (MSP/Primavera desirable). Strong knowledge of health, safety, and quality compliance on site. CSCS card holder; SMSTS or equivalent site management certification. Experience in temporary works, lifting operations, or utilities coordination is advantageous
