Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week)

Are you passionate about amplifying customer voices and driving meaningful change?

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Customer Engagement Team Leader, committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion – someone who truly ensures the customer voice is at the heart of services.

You will lead a dynamic team of Customer Engagement Officers, working to regulatory requirements and dedicated to building trust, fostering collaboration, and co-creating services with customers. Together you will champion innovative engagement strategies that reflect the diverse needs of our customers and communities. This is a fantastic opportunity that supports our commitment to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

As our Customer Engagement Team Leader, your Key Responsibilities will be:

• Lead, support, and develop a high-performing engagement team.
• Use customer feedback and data to inform service improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including the Social Housing Regulation Act.
• Collaborate across teams to embed customer voice in all areas of the organisation.
• Represent Stockport Homes externally to share and learn best practices.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding for future team vacancies.

This role will be on Stockport Homes Limited terms and conditions.
