Fleet Procure Ltd offers e-procurement and order management software that connects Automotive Dealers, Finance Companies, OEMs, and Leasing Brokers from the start of the procurement journey through to delivery and payout. Our solutions provide enhanced reporting suites for a comprehensive overview of your entire order bank at any time and from any location. We collaborate with OEMs and Finance Companies to solve their problems using technology, including Stock Management and Order Reporting.
Role Description
Due to continued growth and expansion, we are recruiting for an additional Stock Manager Support Lead. This is a full-time role based in our new offices in Haywards Heath. Working alongside our current Stock Manager Support Lead team, they will be responsible for day-to-day stock control and inventory management with designated Leasing Company partners. The role includes overseeing stock levels, coordinating with dealer and brokers partners, ensuring accurate inventory records and high-level reporting. The candidate will also support the team in optimizing stock management processes and liaising with clients to meet their needs.
Qualifications & Experience
* Stock Control, Stock Management, Inventory Control, Inventory Management skills
* Strong Customer Service skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Experience with e-procurement and order management software is a plus
* Exceptional IT literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office
* A minimum three years experience in the automotive fleet and leasing world.
Remuneration Package
* Competitive basic salary £32,000 to £35,000, dependent on experience, reviewed annually
* Quarterly bonus scheme worth up to £4,000 per annum
