The Sales Support Executive position:The primary role is to provide customer service, admin and sales support to the Sales team.Day to day tasks of the Sales Support Executive:
1. Provide all customers with excellent customer service.
2. Answer the phone and handle incoming calls.
3. Accurately generate customer orders into the sales order processing system (Acumatica), checking that Sales Executives have provided all the necessary information and that delivery dates can be met. Liaise with production and coordinate with all departments.
4. Ensure payment terms have been agreed for all orders and issue proforma invoices when required.
5. Obtain artwork approvals from customers through the Artwork Dept.
