We’re looking for an HR Assistant to join our HR Services team supporting our Midlands and West regions. The role This is a fantastic opportunity to build your HR career while playing a key role in ensuring our people processes run smoothly and professionally. You’ll provide first-line HR support to both the wider business, and HR Business Partners and Assistant HR Business Partners, helping coordinate lifecycle processes, and ensuring our HR systems and records are accurate and up to date. You’ll also support employee relations casework through meeting coordination, minute-taking and preparing draft correspondence, helping managers navigate people processes confidently and consistently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving, and delivering great service.
