Are you a senior Serious Injury lawyer ready to operate at the level your experience deserves?
An ambitious and expanding Serious Injury practice is building strength in London and is looking for a technically strong Grade A Solicitor or CILEX (8+ years PQE equivalent) to join the team.
This is not a volume-led environment.
This is about complex, life-changing injury work handled properly.
🌟 The Role
You’ll be leading a portfolio of high-value Serious Injury claims — typically £150k through to multi-million-pound outcomes — within a structured, well-supported, multi-disciplinary team.
You’ll have the autonomy to:
✅ Shape case strategy from liability through to settlement
✅ Secure early interim payments & rehabilitation funding
✅ Work alongside medical experts, counsel & care specialists
✅ Mentor junior colleagues
✅ Play a visible role within a growing London serious injury team
👀 What They’re Looking For
🔹 Solicitor or CILEX Fellow
🔹 8+ years PQE (Grade A equivalent)
🔹 Proven lead file handler on complex, high-value matters
🔹 Strong litigation & court procedure knowledge
🔹 Excellent client care & professional credibility
