Over the next two years, My Client is targeting an additional £1 million in sales revenue, and you'll play a pivotal role in making that happen. This is an opportunity to join a business that combines traditional family values with bold, forward-thinking growth objectives.
The Package
* Basic Salary: £30,000
* OTE: £50,000
* Personal Billing Target: £250,000
* Saturdays: 1 in 3 rotation
* Pool car option available
Key Responsibilities
* Conducting viewings and converting prospective buyers across the Kennington area
* Managing the full sales process from offer negotiation through to completion
* Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and local contacts
* Generating new business through proactive prospecting and excellent service delivery
* Achieving personal billing targets of £250,000 annually
* Contributing directly to the office's £1 million revenue growth ambition
* Maintaining accurate records and providing regular market insights
* Working collaboratively with the team to drive collective success
* Representing the business with professionalism and integrity in the local community
