Are you a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor looking for a short-term opportunity to make an impact? We're recruiting for a Temporary Video Editor to support the editing and production of internal training webinars, preparing them for public release on YouTube.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a collaborative team, sharpen your editing skills, and contribute to meaningful content that reaches a wide audience.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for transforming raw webinar recordings into polished, engaging videos that meet YouTube standards and accessibility requirements. Using Adobe Premiere Pro, you'll add branding, transitions, captions, and visual enhancements to ensure a professional finish.
Key Responsibilities
Edit recorded training webinars using Adobe Premiere Pro.
Add branding elements, transitions, captions/subtitles, and visual enhancements.
Ensure final videos meet YouTube standards and accessibility requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand content goals and audience needs.
Export and format videos for YouTube and other platforms.
Manage file organisation and version control.
Suggest improvements to enhance video quality and viewer experience.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience with Adobe Premiere Pro.
Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and YouTube publishing standards.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Experience with captioning tools and accessibility best practices.
Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Desirable
Experience editing educational or training content.
Familiarity with YouTube Studio and analytics.
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe After Effects or Photoshop).
