Our client is a Prestige dealership who is looking to recruit an exceptional and experienced Sales Executive to join their busy and thriving site.
Sales Executive Role:
1. Meet and greet customers, qualify their needs, and demonstrate vehicles accordingly.
2. Discuss funding options and sell additional F&I products.
3. Build and maintain your customer database.
4. Follow a sales process while providing excellent customer service and building long-term rapport.
5. Maintain a professional approach and first-class people skills. Be driven and highly motivated to succeed.
6. Demonstrate success in your current role regarding sales KPIs (unit volume, F&I, CSI ratings, etc.).
7. Be willing to go the extra mile and work with the team to drive departmental performance.
About You:
1. Experience as a Sales Executive within the motor industry, with a successful career track record.
2. Ability to follow a structured sales process and build strong rapport with customers.
3. Determined to succeed and motivated to improve performance daily.
4. Must have a valid UK driving licence.
