Overview
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team for those with a keen interest in the Brain Injury and Mental Health sectors. The role provides the right candidate the opportunity to become an Assistant Field Care Manager within our team. You will be supporting Field Care Managers in the day to day managing packages of care for those with Mental Health needs and acquired brain injuries. The skills you will develop with training include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
* Risk assessment and care planning around individual client needs.
* Supervision and appraisal of staff.
* Monitor support packages including reviewing support worker documentation.
* Communicating effectively with clients, their families, staff teams and colleagues in the multi-disciplinary team.
* Rota management.
Progression
The right candidate will be offered the chance to develop to Field Care Manager as they progress within the team.
