The Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to support our Procurement and Supply Chain team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in purchasing or supply chain administration who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with data, systems, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately complete data entry and maintenance within the company ERP system
Prepare and issue purchase orders in a timely and efficient manner
Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, lead times, and delivery schedules
Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records
Monitor outstanding purchase orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery
Support supplier contract execution and ensure compliance with internal procedures
Prepare reports and maintain supply chain documentation
Provide general administrative support to the Procurement team as requiredSkills and Experience:
Previous experience in a procurement, purchasing, or supply chain role
Strong organisational, planning, and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. IFS or similar)
