We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Technician (Grade 6)to support the delivery of high-quality technical services across the university.
ITTechniciansdiagnose, repair, and maintain hardware and software components to ensure the smooth running of computer systems, and their responsibilities include installing and configuring computer hardware and software and being a primary point of contact for IT support.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a strong background in end-user support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and AV/IT equipment maintenance. The successful candidate will work closely with academic and professional staff to ensure smooth operation of IT services in teaching, learning, and administrative environments.
