Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a property management company, based in Borehamwood, to recruit a driven and passionate individual, for the permanent, full-time role of Building Safety Assistant. The role requires someone with experience of Fire Risk Assessments.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage the Building Safety mailbox and act as a point of contact for key stakeholders within the projects
* Help ensure that buildings comply with the relevant regulations
* Create and maintain existing electronic files and spreadsheets, ensure that all data input is undertaken in a timely and accurate manner
* Manage the filing and archiving of safety documents using our in-house systems
* Monitor managing agent progress on Fire
* Risk Assessment actions using the online portal
* Coordinate meetings, circulate agendas and capture next steps and minutes from each meeting
* Collaborate with the wider team to gather necessary information, including working with our managing agents
* Keep up to date with changes in legislation and industry best practice
* Whilst the role will predominately be office based, there may also be a requirement to travel to site to support with meetings/meet stakeholders.
