In this Talent Acquisition Partner position, you will drive forward the design and implementation of best-in-class volume hiring process into the partnership. This role is responsible for hiring our financial advisers of the future into our expanding internal advice team. You will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, the TA team and the broader People team. You’ll be responsible for attracting and hiring brilliant and talented graduates, those returning to work and second career professionals to help the business deliver its long-term strategy. As an experienced Recruiter, you will bring knowledge of the market, ways of working and innovation into the TA team. The role works closely with the Openwork Business School in terms of onboarding new joiners into the business and supporting their future career ambitions. Your responsibilities will include: Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, sourcing high quality candidates, managing the assessment and interview process and offers. Lead a first-class candidate experience, managing candidates from source, throughout the journey into the business. Drive direct candidate attraction at every opportunity, expertly sourcing from the market and from internal referrals Ensure internal stakeholders receive an exceptional service throughout the hiring process, one that adds genuine value. Provide coaching advice to the hiring team on the most appropriate tools and methods for assessment. Providing expert advice and guidance the hiring team and challenging where appropriate, to ensure we are always hiring the most talented people. Deliver a memorable candidate experience at every touch point, acting as a true ambassador of the Openwork brand. Build, maintain and develop talent pools for the future, supporting our ambitions to be an employer of choice. Challenge existing processes and procedures, recommending improvements and driving them through to implementation. Alongside the Head of Talent Acquisition, drive forward the Talent Acquisition vision, as part of the broader People & Culture (HR) strategy. Define, create and analyse management information to identify trends and make recommendations. Extend offers in a timely fashion to reduce our time to hire Sharing out plans and the opportunities to channel their enthusiasm and ambition creating engagement and loyalty to our business. What will you need to succeed? Previous volume recruitment experience is essential. Financial Services recruitment experience would be an advantage. Proficient in all areas of candidate attraction and search, assessment and selection. Competent user of Applicant Tracking Systems. Knowledge of behavioural and psychometrics assessments beneficial. To know and understand the generational characteristics to bring out the best in our candidates. Fantastic interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Positive, proactive, able to use your own judgement and initiative. Strong commercial awareness, up to date with emerging market trends in Talent Acquisition and graduate hiring specifically. Takes responsibility for delivering and achieving targets, with a natural customer focused approach. Forward thinking, innovative and always looking to put forward new ideas.
