The Role
This SEN Teacher position is ideal for an experienced specialist or a mainstream teacher looking to transition into SEN. You'll create a nurturing, inclusive environment and design individualised learning plans that promote engagement, independence, and social skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver personalised programmes tailored to student needs
* Work closely with care plans to support development and success
* Lead and collaborate with a dedicated classroom support team
* Partner with therapists, psychologists, parents, and caregivers
* Monitor progress and adapt strategies as an SEN Teacher in the classroom
What We're Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Strong knowledge of ASD and SLD
* Experience In Primary Or Early Years Is An Advantage
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
