We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Business Support Officer to support our operations and ensure the smooth running of our business functions.
Role Overview
The Business Support Officer will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating administrative processes, and assisting management in maintaining efficient business systems within the property sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the management team
* Coordinate property documentation, contracts, and compliance records
* Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
* Maintain accurate property and client records
* Support financial administration, invoicing, and tracking payments
* Liaise with tenants, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
* Assist with scheduling property inspections and maintenance coordination
* Monitor and improve internal systems and workflows
* Ensure compliance with relevant property regulations and company policies
Essential Requirements
* Previous experience in a business support, administrative, or property-related role
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Desirable
* Experience in property management or real estate sector
* Knowledge of contract administration and compliance
