The position involves supporting the operational lifecycle of unsecured business loans, from initial onboarding through to payout and ongoing loan administration. Responsibilities include coordinating documentation, supporting drawdowns, maintaining accurate loan records, and ensuring that processes align with internal controls and regulatory expectations. There is regular interaction with internal teams and external partners to ensure loans are administered efficiently and accurately.
The role also includes monitoring loan accounts, responding to queries, and supporting the management of arrears or early collections activity where required. Experience of collections processes would be useful, although this is not a core focus of the role.
