About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Outbound Sales Representative.
As part of this role, you will be contacting patients who have expressed interest in our services with a view to converting them into appointments or sales. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide them with exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a caring and empathetic nature, and the ability to work to targets. You will also need to be fluent in German and English.

* Make contact with patients who have recently attended an initial consultation

Essential Skills
* Fluent German language skills
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Achievement within outbound sales
* Proven track record in overachieving KPIs
* Ability to converse and relate to a wide range of people
* Excellent communication skills with empathy and understanding
* Ability to deliver first-class customer service
* Strong IT skills - database, word/excel, and email
* Teamwork, with the skills to add value to the existing setup

Working Hours
You will work a 40-hour week between 9am and 9pm (Monday to Friday) with no weekend working.
