We are looking for dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistants to support young people in specialist school settings who present challenging behaviour linked to ADHD, SEMH needs, and trauma-related experiences. This role is about far more than classroom support. Our students may have struggled in previous education settings and need adults who can provide consistency, patience, and understanding, helping them feel safe enough to learn again. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support students both academically and emotionally, using a trauma-informed and relational approach to behaviour.
