Marketing Executive
LoudLocal is a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Leamington Spa. We’re passionate about helping locally focused businesses amplify their online presence and grow within their communities. With clients in over 40 countries, our small but mighty team of eight has big ambitions, and we’re looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join us on our journey.

The Role
As a Marketing Executive at LoudLocal, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients with their digital marketing needs. This is a varied, hands-on position that suits someone who’s creative, data-driven, and keen to grow their marketing career in an agency setting.
Responsibilities
* Supporting client requests and helping manage day-to-day marketing activities
* Creating engaging social media content and managing posts across multiple platforms
* Developing and running campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and other social advertising platforms
* Producing compelling blog articles, marketing copy, and website content
* Designing and creating visual assets for social media and Google Ads
* Updating and maintaining client websites, including SEO optimisation
* Monitoring campaign performance and using insights to drive results
* Contributing to branding, strategy, and marketing communications projects

Qualifications
* Experience working with Meta Ads Manager, content creation, and copywriting
* A solid understanding of branding, marketing communications, and data-driven marketing
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a small team
* A proactive attitude and confidence to work in a fast-paced, creative environment
* The ability to commute daily to our Leamington Spa office (this role is not remote)
* Work on your own initiative
* Ability to work on tight deadlines and under pressure
Desirable (but not essential)
* Working towards or holding a CIM or IDM qualification
* Previous experience in a marketing or agency environment
