WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
1. Assist customers with equipment selection. Create quotations and execute orders in SAP, including coordination with logistics
2. Liaise with logistics, customers, and other internal departments about delivery requirements.
3. Co-ordinate the daily management of stock levels and taking action to ensure availability.
4. Manage transport damages or hidden damages (verification with customer, contact with service, coordination with logistics)
5. Launch and control the process for credit and debit notes and follow them until the approval.
6. Assist payment collections from customers.
7. Resolving customer’s queries, complaints and disputes, finding and updating customer regarding possible solutions, and coordinate internally if needed.
8. Support with additional general office tasks and reports on an as needed basis.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
9. SAP desired.
10. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
11. Strong administration skills with a high attention to detail.
12. MS Office skills, esp. Excel.
13. Analytical skills.
Desirable:
14. experience of working within HVAC industry.
15. Structure own area of responsibility effectively and keep records of all open issues in a complex working environment.
