Technical Customer Support Executive

Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Technical Customer Support Executive on behalf of a leading park management and booking systems provider. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking, dynamic company, as the company is experiencing an exciting period of strong growth within the sector. The Technical Customer Support Executive is a hands-on, client-facing role requiring strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to problem-solve efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Manager and Account Manager with client-related queries and follow-ups
  • Provide first-line support to clients via phone, email, and support ticketing systems
  • Accurately diagnose, manage, and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring all issues are followed through to resolution
  • Support the onboarding of new clients, including system setup guidance and training
  • Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted point of contact
  • Liaise with internal teams (development, sales, account management) to resolve more complex issues
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Identify recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements to processes or the product
  • Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as required
  • Any other duties role may involve
  • Person Specification:

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Experience in a customer support or client-facing role
  • Confident handling multiple queries across different channels
  • Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Technically minded, with the ability to quickly learn software systems
  • Well organised and able to prioritise workload effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
  • Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience working with SaaS platforms or booking/reservation systems
  • Previous experience in the hospitality, tourism, or campsite sector
  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems
