Mott MacDonald Bentley offers fully integrated design and build services, combining JN Bentley's contracting expertise with Mott MacDonald's design specialisms.
This role is employed by Mott MacDonald but involves working across the joint venture with colleagues from both Mott MacDonald and JN Bentley.

Role: Design Lead
As a Design Lead, you will oversee the design of water and wastewater infrastructure projects through all phases, leading a team of electrical, mechanical, civil, and process designers. You will ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, managing resource constraints and project risks.
Your Responsibilities
* Foster a positive, honest team environment encouraging potential and growth.
* Analyze project performance, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
* Manage contract changes and maintain the project programme during design and handover.
