Our Team
Head, spinal cord, and other serious injuries, such as those resulting in amputation, blindness, and orthopaedic treatment, can be life changing. Serious injuries affect our clients in various ways, including their family life, employment opportunities, healthcare needs, and everyday quality of life. These claims are inherently traumatic and must be handled with the utmost care and expertise. Our serious injury solicitors pride themselves on making a real difference, helping clients live their lives as fully as possible after a serious injury. With years of experience in claiming compensation for serious injuries, we have specialist teams across the UK.
You’ll join the team led by Partner Claire Howard, head of the Serious Injury team in Southampton. Claire has over 30 years of experience and specialises in claims for adults and children who have suffered life-changing injuries, including brain and spinal injuries.
"I am in a very privileged position. I come into people's lives when they are in crisis and am able to take away some of their worries and help individuals and their families rebuild their lives." – Claire Howard
