Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Client Services Executive to join our team in Leighton Buzzard. This role involves supporting the branch across a range of customer service, administration, and sales activities, with a particular focus on developing new business opportunities through effective client engagement and cross-selling.


Responsibilities

* Client Support & Administration
Handle incoming calls and enquiries from existing clients, processing updates and changes to their accounts or products.
Deliver an exceptional client experience, ensuring all interactions are handled efficiently, accurately, and in line with company standards.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and correspondence in compliance with internal procedures.
Support the wider branch team by covering additional roles as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue opportunities to generate new business across a range of products and services.
Conduct fact-finding and needs analysis to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Provide professional and compliant sales advice that meets company and regulatory standards.
Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across product lines to strengthen client relationships.
Record, track, and manage leads, prospects, and sales activity to maximise conversion and maintain a clear record of client interactions.
* Professional Development & Compliance
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, systems, and processes relevant to the role.
Ensure all activities comply with company procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Actively participate in training and development to enhance professional skills and product knowledge.
Contribute to branch projects and initiatives as required.


Requirements

* Minimum Grade 5 (C) or higher in English and Maths (or equivalent).
* Full, clean UK driving licence.
* At least 2 years of continuous experience in a client-facing role, ideally within a professional or financial services environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and confident manner.
* Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
