1. Strategic Vision & Leadership • Develop and execute mid-to-long-term corporate strategy, revenue growth plans, and international expansion initiatives. • Monitor industry and technology trends to steer the company’s direction, with a focus on mobile platforms, AI, and SaaS innovation. • Ensure alignment between the executive team, Board of Directors, and investors to maintain focus on strategic goals. 2. Business Growth & Product Leadership • Lead the evolution of the company’s business model across acquisition, retention, monetisation, and conversion (e.g., in-app purchases, subscriptions, advertising). • Define and monitor key commercial KPIs including DAU, MAU, ARPU, LTV, CAC, and retention rates. • Collaborate with technology and product leadership to deliver rapid iteration cycles and continually improve user experience. 3. Fundraising & External Relations • Represent the company in fundraising activities, investor negotiations, and capital planning strategies. • Build long-term relationships with VCs, PEs, institutional investors, and other strategic partners. • Act as the primary spokesperson for the company at public events, with media, and in industry forums. 4. Team Leadership & Organisational Culture • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing senior management team. • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the organisation. • Oversee operational management including budgeting, compensation, compliance, and internal governance. Requirements Essential : • Industry Experience: A minimum of 8 years in the technology or digital sector, including at least 5 years in a C-level, General Manager, or equivalent leadership role. • Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling digital products or platforms, particularly within mobile, AI, or SaaS domains. • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams of 50 members across product, engineering, marketing, and operations. • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of app-based business models (e.g., freemium, subscription, in-app purchases, advertising) and unit economics (e.g., LTV, CAC, ARPU). • Fundraising Expertise: Prior experience in successfully raising capital from institutional investors (Seed to Series A or beyond), and managing investor relations. • Product Vision: A user-centric mindset with strong commercial instincts, capable of balancing long-term product strategy with short-term execution. • Communication: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills; confident representing the company externally. • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential. Mandarin Chinese is an advantage but not a requirement. Preferred: • Experience working with leading internet companies (e.g., Tier-1 tech companies) or having operational leadership over life-related services app products is highly desirable. • Previous experience with IPO project (e.g., NASDAQ) or having played a key role in a high-growth scale-up phase is a strong advantage.
