The Amazon Account Manager will take full commercial ownership of a major online retail account, leading growth plans, protecting margin and driving performance across sales, stock, forecasting and promotional activity. This will suit someone who combines commercial sharpness with hands-on delivery.
About the Role:
* Own the full P&L for a major Amazon account
* Drive sales growth, online conversion and category visibility
* Lead forecasting, stock planning and service availability
* Build and manage a rolling joint business plan
* Partner cross-functionally with finance, supply chain and product teams
About You:
* 3-4 years Amazon experience (Account Manager or National Account Manager level)
* Agency management experience (Amazon Ads understanding)
* Strong understanding of Amazon, knowing how to drive sales profitably
* Proven ability to grow accounts through strategic planning and execution (Must be comfortable being hands-on)
* Strong stakeholder management experience (content, design, paid ads)
* Pan-EU market experience would be ideal
* Additional EU language would be a bonus
