ABOUT THE ROLE
The successful CDM Consultant will be responsible for:
1. Collaborating closely with project teams to integrate comprehensive health and safety considerations
2. Offering guidance to clients regarding their obligations under the CDM Regulations
3. Serving as the primary contact for all health and safety information, facilitating seamless communication among stakeholders
4. Thoroughly assessing health and safety design proposals to identify and mitigate potential risks
5. Proactively liaising with design professionals to identify and address potential hazards, ensuring they are effectively eliminated or controlled
REQUIREMENTS
About the requirements for the CDM Consultant:
6. NEBOSH general/construction certificate Diploma
7. Tech IOSH, Grad IOSH or CMIOSH member
