Regional Trainer / Assessor - Engineering, Weston-super-Mare
Weston College, one of the UK's fastest-growing colleges offering courses from entry level to Masters degrees, is seeking a Regional Trainer / Assessor - Engineering.
This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week, with a temporary Recruitment and Retention Premia of £3000 per annum, separate from the salary. A review of market conditions will be conducted 6 months before the end of the two-year contract to determine if the premia continues. Further details are available upon request.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assessing apprentice competence in college and work-based settings.
* Monitoring and tracking apprentice progress using online systems.
* Preparing reports on apprentice progression.
* Planning assessments for engineering apprentices to meet standards within deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Level 3 Engineering Qualification relevant to the role.
* Significant relevant employment in the Engineering Industry.
* Current knowledge of the Engineering Sector.
