Main duties of the job
What Youll Be Doing:
* Deliver high-quality, planned perioperative care in our operating theatres.
* Assess and support patients across a varied and evolving caseload.
* Communicate complex and sensitive information effectively.
* Champion best practices in safety, infection control, and patient equality.
* Contribute to service development and continuous quality improvement.
* Use technology to support monitoring and treatment.
* Take responsibility for preventing Healthcare Associated Infections (HCAIs).

Job responsibilities
What Were Looking For:
* Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP)
* Experience inENT, Gynaecology, and Urologypreferred
* Working towards post-registration qualifications in perioperative practice or clinical specialism
* Strong clinical reasoning and ability to work independently and within teams
* Up-to-date mandatory training including infection control and health & safety
* Equipment and medical device competencies
* English language proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or equivalent)
Shift Pattern:
* Monday to Friday: 07:30 20:30
* Saturday: 07:30 18:00 (with on-call duties)
