My client is industrial business near York currently recruiting for a Payroll Co‑ordinator to work as part of a small and friendly team. You will be responsible for the joint running (Apply online only) employees across multiple payrolls.
Responsibilities
* Full end to end Payroll processing
* Current volumes - 700 PAYE plus contractors 250/300
* Busy varied role
* Weekly and monthly for multiple business in group
* Collation and input of all relevant information
* New starters, leavers, benefits, contract changes, sickness absence payments, allowances, maternity, apprentice levy and paternity pay
* To administer SSP, SMP and SPP
* Prepare and distribute payslips, P45s, P60s
* NI, overtime and other deductions
* Auto enrolment
* Pension deductions
* Handling queries
Requirements
* Great payroll knowledge
* Strong legislation knowledge
* Pension & Auto enrolment experience
* Excel skills
* Excellent attention to detail
