We're looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to help run our busy bar, restaurant, golf course, and events venue. You'll support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations across food drink service, weddings events.
You'll lead from the front, manage staffing, keep service running smoothly, and ensure high standards across all areas. You'll also help control costs, manage stock, and support sales growth through promotions and upselling.
We're looking for someone with hospitality experience (ideally in bar, restaurants, or hotels with events), strong leadership skills, and a passion for excellent service. You should be confident with budgets, flexible with shifts, and ready to handle the varied pace of daily trade, weddings, and golf events.
