Key Responsibilities:

* Build strong, trusted relationships to influence and coach leaders effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a senior HR business partnering role within a fast‑paced or high‑growth environment.
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
* Experience leading organisational change and managing complex ER issues.
* Commercial, analytical, and able to balance strategic and hands‑on work.
* Confident communicator with a solutions‑focused mindset.
