The Opportunity
As a General Attendant, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes expert who keeps our hotel running smoothly. From refreshing public spaces to assisting with deliveries and guest requests, you’ll be a vital part of the rhythm that makes our hotel exceptional.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Maintain cleanliness and presentation in public areas, back-of-house spaces, and service corridors.
2. Assist with linen distribution, stock replenishment, and supply deliveries.
3. Support room attendants with tasks such as waste removal and equipment setup.
4. Respond to guest requests with professionalism and a can-do attitude.
5. Ensure all areas meet brand standards for safety, hygiene, and appearance.
