Qualifications
* Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
* Experience completing cam belt and clutch replacements
* Equipped with a full UK driving licence
* Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles
* Experienced in working to the highest quality standards, with the drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets
* Capable of using systems and equipment within our workshop
* Passionate about our industry, the people who work in it, and the people we serve

Salary and Working Hours
* Basic salary from £31,774 up to £44,601, depending on skills and experience
* OTE from £34,204 up to £48,831, with uncapped earning potential
* PTE ranging from £40,000 - £45,000 for Vehicle Technicians & £50,000 - £55,000 for Diagnostic & Master Technicians
* 3‑month guaranteed bonus upon joining, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services
