What we are looking for:
* Provides services that meet and exceed guest expectations at every turn, ensuring ongoing repeat business and loyalty from our guests
* Warmly greet all guests with a smile in their voice and by name. Be proactive to anticipate guests needs and deliver brilliant service
* Answer, record, and process all guest requests, questions, or concerns via telephone, email, and Mobile Chat
* Work collaboratively with all other departments to ensure guests receive seamless service throughout their stay
* This role would be a good step for an individual who has an interest and passion in working within the Hospitality Industry, and wants to gain further knowledge and awareness of the Front Office operations. The ideal candidate would be proactive and have a proven track record in working in a guest focused environment.
