We're looking for a General Manager for a premium pub and hotel venue. Salary up to £42k with £7,500 live out allowance plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub
The Elephant at the Market is a predominantly food-driven business with a strong, steady hotel offer and an outdoor/garden bar space that comes into its own during peak local dates (especially around the racing).
The signature menu and hotel site is currently averaging £23k per week with a 20% wet / 50% food / 30% rooms sales mix, and has huge headroom to grow through events, promotions, and sharper sales-driving activity—with a clear opportunity to take it to a £30k+ per week site.
