Description
* Create and deliver targeted marketing strategies for trade and engineer audiences.
* Grow and engage engineer and contractor communities, boosting loyalty and programme performance.
* Partner with sales, product, technical and CX teams to drive aligned, commercially focused activity.
* Lead trade PR to elevate visibility, credibility and market presence.
* Produce impactful marketing assets and campaigns with consistent messaging.
* Manage and optimise the trade marketing budget to maximise ROI.
* Strengthen brand presence across the trade channel.
* Run promotional campaigns that support sales and engage wholesalers, merchants and installers.
* Track and report on campaign performance, using insights to improve results.
Profile
About You:
* Proven B2B marketing experience across the full marketing mix.
* Strong strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution across online and offline channels.
* Experience managing or supporting B2B/trade loyalty or engagement programmes.
* Able to work effectively with sales, product and cross-functional teams to deliver shared goals.
* Confident budget manager with a focus on prioritisation and ROI.
* Comfortable working flexibly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging.
* Experience planning and delivering PR activity, including content creation.
* Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels.
* Skilled in market research, competitor analysis and performance reporting.
* Proven ability to manage agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality campaigns.
Job Offer
* Salary: £40,000 - £51,000
* Location: Southampton (Hybrid with 3 days per week in the office)
* Annual Bonus: Up to 10%
