The difference you will make as a Finance Administrator
To provide general administration support by undertaking routine clerical activities to support service delivery of the finance team.

* Ability to use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel at a basic level

Role Profile
* Sort, scan and email all post documents across to the finance processing team
* Manage AP query inbox and query desk (via Proactis system)
* Manage CP queries and Landlord schedules inboxes
* Manage the TV Licensing queries inbox
* Indexing housing benefit notifications for Customer payments
* Raise purchase orders (via OMP)
* Create debtor accounts (via Kontrolla)
* Create sales invoices (via Kontrolla)
* Support credit control with the Printer queue
* Code reference numbers for housing benefit overpayment invoices scan to AP
* Renew and organise payment for RHO TV licenses.
* Forward all meter reading to corporate contracts accounts.
* Arrange and manage staff travel.
* Monitor and replenish stationery supplies for all Group finance.
* Send out any Kontrolla Sales Invoices and Claxton Cards (Ad Hoc)
* Provide adhoc administration support across all finance teams

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Experience of providing general administrative support
* Ability to use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel at a basic level
* Results focused with the ability to take ownership of tasks
* Excellent team player who can work flexibly to meet business requirements
* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure, deliver to strict deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
* Customer focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work at all levels within the business
