Day-to-day of the role:
* Teach English across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to teach A Level English Literature for suitable candidates.
* Deliver a broad and challenging curriculum that develops students’ love of English while equipping them with the skills needed for academic success.
* Contribute to a strong culture of reading, literacy, and academic aspiration within the academy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English.
* Sets high expectations and inspires students of all abilities.
* Reflective, collaborative, and committed to professional learning.
* Shares and champions the ethos and values of our educational community.
