Join to apply for the Domestic Housekeeper role at Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust
You will be part of a team working within our Estates & Facilities department, offering a high quality, flexible and customer focused service. We are looking for individuals that can contribute to the team, someone who has a can-do attitude, cheerful and is willing to go those extra few miles to make the patient and customers experience the best it can be. Someone who is responsible, reliable, understands what good customer service is, and will maintain good Health and Safety standards.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with completing patient menus, preparing and serving patient breakfasts and providing hot and cold refreshments at regular intervals.
* Daily cleaning of equipment and patient kitchen areas; ensuring fridge temperatures are taken and recorded accurately.
* Maintaining the required levels of stock and rotation of food items.
* Carrying out specific duties to set procedures and standards; working as part of a team and using initiative to prioritise and organise daily duties while maintaining a professional approach at all times.
* Be flexible to cover bank holidays if required.
Working pattern: Monday to Friday 07.30 - 13.00 (25hrs) and Saturday to Sunday 07.30 - 13.00 (10hrs).
Qualifications
* Ability to contribute to a team, with a can-do attitude and good customer service skills.
* Willingness to cope with pressure and work to strict time frames.
* Understanding of Health and Safety standards and maintaining them in daily tasks.
