Job Overview:
As Senior Electrical Project Engineer, you will support capital expenditure, process enhancement, and plant improvement projects at the Colors manufacturing and Shotton site. You will oversee all project stages from conception to implementation, managing a team of engineers, draftsmen, and contractors, with a focus on safety.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, procure, install, and commission electrical systems
* Prepare project plans, governance structures, and progress reports
* Develop engineering requirements and specifications, including risk assessments and safety considerations (HAZOPS)
* Ensure compliance with client standards, HSE guidance, and codes of practice
* Support plant engineers and manufacturing teams with engineering expertise
* Maintain knowledge of engineering equipment developments
* Produce project reports covering scope, schedule, costs, and risks
* Manage project budgets and resources
Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree or HNC/HND in electrical engineering or related field
* Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status (preferred or working towards)
* Experience with capital projects and managing contractors
* Strong budget management and safety knowledge
* Understanding of risk management and construction regulations
* Knowledge of electrical technology in coating lines and related operations
* Familiarity with Machinery Regulations and Construction Design and Management regulations (desirable)
