Client
A top UK law firm with an ambitious, collaborative culture that drives the business
Role
* Advising on charity law, governance and regulation
* Establish new charities, including drafting governing documents and supporting policy documentation;
* Advise charity clients on high profile and interesting projects across the sector
* Provide advice on restructuring and corporate structures, including incorporations and mergers, joint ventures and charity trading
You
* 5+ years PQE within a charity law practice or equivalent in house experience
* Strong technical competence, experience and legal knowledge in charity law
* Solid experience oftransactional and advisory work for charities
* Passion for the sector and a keen interest in advising clients on high profile projects
