Responsibilities
* Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
* Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct them to the appropriate personnel
* Assist in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
* Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
* Prepare and format documents using Microsoft Office and customized applications
* Organise schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members
* Collaborate with team members to facilitate efficient workflow
Qualifications
* Confident computer skills, including a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy in data entry
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
