Our Public Sector client based in Huddersfield requires a Business Support Administrator to work within the Training Department.
The main purpose of the role is to cleanse their Learning Management System. The role is for 3 months initially with the chance to extend and the hourly rate us £13.26 per hour.
Job Description: Cleaning the Learning Management System
· Create new thumb nails for different resource
· Pull reports on the resources we have on the system to evaluate how often a resource has been accessed
· Disable resources that haven't been accessed or low access numbers
· Find owners of the resource
· Contact owners to see if learning is still relevant if not disable the resource
· Remove leavers from group
Essential for the role will be - Basic IT skills, organisational skills and attention to detail are also high priory.
