What You'll Be Doing
7. Day‑to‑day management of a mixed commercial property portfolio
8. Preparing service charge budgets and handling reconciliations
9. Managing rent collection, arrears and lease events
10. Carrying out property inspections and keeping everything compliant
11. Coordinating contractors and overseeing planned/reactive maintenance
12. Spotting and delivering asset management opportunities
13. Building solid relationships with clients, tenants and stakeholders
14. Producing clear, accurate reports
15. Supporting and helping develop junior members of the team
What They're Looking For
16. Ideally MRICS qualified with solid commercial property management experience
17. Open to level from Surveyor to Associate Partner or above
18. Confident communicator, good with clients
19. Organised, commercially minded and able to work proactively
20. Someone ambitious who wants to grow with the team
21. Full UK driving licence
Package & Details
22. Salary: £50,000 - £70,000
23. Full‑time, Monday-Friday
24. Flexible/agile working available
