A leading Automotive Engineering organisation based in Oxfordshire is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its fast-paced legal team on a rolling contract basis.

The Role
The role will provide comprehensive legal and administrative support across a broad range of commercial, operational, and sponsorship matters. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment and demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial agreements and NDAs
* Supporting sponsorship agreements, including drafting, amendments, and contract administration
* Assisting with brand partnership and sponsorship compliance requirements
* Supporting contract lifecycle management and document control
* Conducting legal research and preparing summaries/advice notes
* Assisting with compliance, governance, and regulatory matters
* Liaising with internal stakeholders across commercial, marketing, engineering, and procurement teams
About You
* Previous experience working as a Paralegal (in-house or private practice)
* Passionate and driven with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
