Our client is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established multi-office firm, recognised for its expertise and commitment to excellence in the sector. Salary £70,000 Monday To Friday, Permanent

Key Responsibilities and Duties
* Manage your own caseload or support ongoing client matters, ensuring that all work meets procedural and professional standards.
* Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and third parties to ensure prompt and accurate progression of all matters.
* Assist with the preparation, review, and management of documentation and case files as required.
* Contribute to the team’s achievement of performance goals and uphold the values and reputation of the firm.
* Engage in ongoing learning and professional development, sharing knowledge and best practices across the team.
Key Areas:
Fee Earning Work – Drafting and Advising on Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Trust Registration Scheme.
Estate Administration – Managing the administration of estates from initial instruction to finalisation, including application for Grant of Probate and other related estate matters.
Inheritance Tax – Advising on tax implications and estate planning.
Client relations – Maintain and develop relationships with clients, providing clear, practical and empathetic advice to clients.
Skills and Experience Required
* Previous professional or administrative experience in a legal or business environment preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
* Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional client care skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
